Donlee Precision, a division of General Donlee Limited, has been in business for over 40 years. We are a leading diversified manufacturer of precision-machined products for the military, commercial and general aviation industries and the power generation industry.

In the aerospace industry we are recognized as a leading manufacturer of precision aircraft engine and helicopter shafting. We have considerable expertise and technology for manufacturing shafts with very stringent straightness, concentricity, and wall thickness controls. We are one of the few companies capable of producing such a broad range of sophisticated shafting components.

Our capabilities range from 1 inch in diameter and 12 inches in length to 20 inches in diameter and 10 feet in length. Raw materials machined include a variety of specialty materials, including exotic alloys such as titanium, Inconel, maraging steel and stainless steel.

Components supplied by Donlee Precision include:

• F-18 aircraft engine shafting,
• unique mission critical catapult barrels used on aircraft carriers,
• CFM-56 engine shafting, and other main line shafts for many of today’s popular engines and
• varied helicopter rotor shafts

Manufacturing capabilities meet the shafting requirements of most aircraft engine applications, from small auxiliary power units and business jet engines up to the larger engines used on commercial passenger jets. The capabilities of Donlee Precision in the manufacture of helicopter rotor shafts range from small two-person helicopters up to large cargo helicopters, including such military helicopters as the Bell Boeing V-22 Osprey Tiltrotor.

Donlee Precision is located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The company occupies a 72,000 square foot manufacturing facility, employing approximately 90 non-unionized employees with significant expertise in the engineering and production of precision cylindrical products.
